Employment Support Grant SchemeAn employment support scheme funded by The Royal British Legion as part of a range of learning and work support schemes to help unemployed and low skilled people of working age develop their skills and find sustainable employment.

The Future Horizons Programme has joined together with Serco through their preferred suppliers, Cue Personnel & Premier Recruitment Solutions, to offer service leavers employment opportunities in different areas of the country.

Cue Personnel & Premier Recruitment are looking for motivated individuals to work in the environmental services sector, they offer competitive rates of pay and the chance to gain permanent employment with Serco when vacancies arise
